4. Using the total flavonoid adsorption capacity of mulberry leaves as the evaluation index, four macroporous adsorption resins were screened, and it was found that the s-8 resin had the best adsorption and desorption performance. The adsorption capacity of total flavonoids of mulberry leaves was 31.62 mg/g wet resin. , the desorption rate is 82.69%. The dynamic adsorption performance of the resin was studied. The saturated adsorption capacity of the resin was 29.8 mg/g wet resin. The optimal precipitation process was 30% ethanol for 11 times the column volume (BV) elution and 50% ethanol for 5 times the column volume (BV). ) elution.
